At Synapse Neurology, we are committed to providing comprehensive specialist practice care to all individuals in this community (18 years of age and above). Consultation is by appointment only, if you have an emergency, please call 000. Standard Initial Consultations are 30 minutes in duration and Standard Review Appointments are 20 minutes in duration. All fees are payable at the time of consultation and patients will receive a Medicare rebate.

MEET DOCTOR GORAI
Meet Dr Gorai

Dr Debo Gorai completed his MBBS in 1991. Debo trained in Neurology at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences in Bangalore, India before travelling to Australia in 2003. He then underwent peer review assessment and training in Neurology at St Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne under the supervision of Professor Mark Cook and received his FRACP fellowship in 2006.

 

Dr Gorai cares for a range of neurological conditions such as stroke, epilepsy, headache, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, nerve and muscle disorders as well as performing nerve conduction and Electromyography (EMG) studies and neurotoxin therapy.

Dr Gorai prides himself on treating his patients with respect and compassion. With a meticulous approach to clinical assessment and through communication with patients and referring practitioners.
